TIPS-4-TEAMS for the Preparation of the Written Submissions and Oral Pleading Sessions
The ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law (EMC²) is an academic competition with the aim of helping students develops their written and oral legal skills involving WTO Law. Whether you are preparing to compete in the International Written Round or presenting your Written Submissions for scoring before an ELSA or non-ELSA Regional Round, you should bear in mind the role that the Written Submissions play in the competition, especially for the Team evaluation.
The oral abilities of each participant also will be taking into account by the panelists in order to evaluate the overall performance of the Team during their oral pleadings, that is why we consider it is important for the Teams to be very prepared for the Oral Pleadings and in that order we provide several Tips that might be very helpful for the Written Submissions and for the Oral Pleadings.

The ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law (EMC²), although an academic competition, is primarily aimed at students networking with other law students and international trade experts - so remember, compete to the best of your ability but have a good time and ensure you network not only with your “Panels” but also with your fellow competitors.
